2 Focused training sessions every week:

  • Hitting  - mechanics, timing, power, sequencing and consistency
  • Defense - clean footwork, quick transfers, strong accurate throws

Each session builds on the last - creating steady, visible improvement.

We measure what matters
We use proven technology to track development and keep athletes accountable:

  • StackBat - bat speed trainer (increase bat speed, increases exit velocity)
  • HitTrax - measured batting data (exit velo, distance, etc)
  • Blast Motion - detailed swing analysis (bat path, position, speed, etc)
